Price

The price for a corporate event only includes the use of the Estate. Renting the Estate gives you access to 10-acres of stunning gardens, model train layouts, and a sparkling lake.

Our pricing for corporate events is very dynamic and changes depending on the date, time, guest count, and several other factors. The rental fee only includes the use of the Estate during the daytime (10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. outdoors and/or indoors if necessary). The rental fee is determined by the total number of guests. The number of guests does not include any vendors (such as catering staff, if any; photographer; videographer; etc.). The rental fee only includes the use of the Estate.

Our pricing package does not include catering, floral, décor, etc. You are not required to pay a minimum (starting) price for food and drink. Wandering Tree Estate has no "minimums" and does not require you to have any food or drink unless you want to. You are free to choose any kind of food and drink you want (if you want any at all).

All food and drink must be provided by a caterer pre-approved by Wandering Tree Estate. The list of pre-approved caterers is available here. Drop-off and BYOB are not allowed at Wandering Tree Estate. The Estate is rented out for only one specific event per day. So you will enjoy the only celebration taking place at Wandering Tree Estate on your preferred date!

At this time we are currently taking bookings for 2024 and 2025. Wandering Tree Estate books events only up to a maximum of 12-16 months in advance. The pricing for 2026 will become available by the end of May 2025 at which time we will begin taking bookings for 2026 dates.

2024 Venue Rental Pricing:

1-15 Guests = $2,000

16-30 Guests = $2,750

31-50 Guests = $3,500

2025 Venue Rental Pricing:

1-15 Guests = $2,500

16-30 Guests = $3,000

31-50 Guests = $3,500
