Price
The price for a private party or event only includes the use of the Estate for the entire day. Renting the Estate gives you 1 full day of private access to Wandering Tree Estate.
Our pricing for events is very dynamic and changes depending on the date, time, guest count, and several other factors. The rental fee only includes the use of the Estate. Our pricing does not include catering, decor, floral arrangements, etc.
You are free to pick your own vendors (such as catering, floral, décor, etc...) to complete your event. This allows you to have full control over your event and set your own budget. If you would like to have catering, floral, décor, etc., we have a list of preferred vendors that we highly recommend. All food and beverages must be provided by a preferred caterer listed on our website. Drop-off and BYOB are not allowed at Wandering Tree Estate.
