Wandering Tree Estate is primarily an outdoor venue. In case of inclement weather, there is an indoor Party Room that can hold a maximum of 50 guests standing and seated.  The total number of guests includes the Bride and Groom / Host(s). The number of guests does not include any vendors (such as catering staff, if any; photographer; videographer; etc.). In addition, we have an indoor Train Museum with working model trains that weave through Chicago area attractions. Wandering Tree Estate also has a Bridal Cottage where brides can get ready for their special day.
